Broccoli Patties Recipe, How to Make?

3 large broccoli pieces

1 egg

1 handful finely chopped parsley

3 tablespoons cornflour

1 teaspoon salt

1 grated carrot

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon chili flakes

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Wash the broccoli thoroughly and simmer for 7 minutes. Mash the boiled broccoli with a fork. Add finely chopped parsley, eggs, cornflour, grated carrots and spices to it. Blend well and turn into dumplings. Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy your meal.
