Materials:
300 gr. (3.5 bowls) chopped broccoli
3 tablespoons butter
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
150 gr. (1 small bowl) old cheddar or cheddar

How Is It Done?

  1. Set the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Boil the broccoli florets in boiling water until they soften slightly and lose their color.
